P3 Mrs Stewart

Welcome back to another year in P3.

In P3 Mrs Stewart, we will have lots of fun together as we explore, investigate and learn.

Our first topic is Space. We will be using our imaginations, as we learn about our world and beyond, to create and write about space aliens and their fabulous adventures. We will build aliens, robots and spaceships with 3D shapes and learn about the Space Race in our history lessons. Keep checking our page to see what we have been doing.

During our In the Park topic we have been learning about trees, leaves and seeds. Learning outdoors makes our learning more fun and exciting. We have been researching in books and online to help us find out more about owls. Enjoy looking at our work.

This half term we will be finding out about the Post Office. We are looking forward to visiting the Post Office and posting home our Christmas Cards. We will use our road safety skills to safely cross the busy Doagh Road and our money skills to buy our stamps. During ABL we will write lots of letters and cards but the most important one will be our letter to Santa.

Welcome back to school. Our topic to begin term two is Whatever the Weather. We will investigate our weather and how it impacts our lives. We will carry out experiments and observations and research online and in books. Our ABL will help us explore living in a hot country and a very cold country and compare it with living in Northern Ireland. Keep checking our page to see what we have been doing.
