In primary four this week we have been learning lots about magnetism. We learnt the words ‘attract’ and ‘repel’ and the what they mean. In order to further aid our understanding of these tricky words we carried out an investigation to see which materials attract and which repel. Our results from our investigation prove that paper clips and money attract and objects like pencils, rubber and books repel. We also learnt about the two poles - North and South pole and found out that opposties attract.
