P1 celebrated Pancake Tuesday in February by making their own pancakes in school. Pupils were busy measuring and whisking the ingredients together to make their pancake. When the pancakes were cooked, the pupils enjoyed eating them with either jam, butter, sugar or syrup as their topping.
