New Sensory Room Opening SoonWork has begun on our sensory room, which will be officially opened during Autism Awareness Week. This will provide a soothing sensory space where any child can take time to unwind. We want to say a big thank you to our PTA who raised funds for this facility. It will be used by children of all ages in Abbots Cross Primary. Although a sensory room is particularly helpful to children on the autistic spectrum, it has been our experience that every child loves to spend a few minutes in the sensory area.
