Over the past few weeks in Primary 4 we have been completing lots of fun art tasks related to our superhero topic. We have been developing our sketching and colouring skills by completing step by step instructions to create sketches of some of the best known superheroes such as Flash, Hulk and Baby Jack Jack from The Incredibles!! Check out our finished Flash drawings! We think you will be blown away just as much as Miss Cochrane was🌟🤩
We have also been developing our creativity and painting skills by creating our very own superhero handprint picture. We used our handprint to make our superhero body and then sketched a city outline, used scissors and paint to create our city scene and we finished it off by using white paint to add clouds. Once our paintings were dry we used a black marker to add further details such as a logo, body features such as hands, eyes, hair, nose and mouth and we even gave our superheroes a cool superhero name!
